The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. We found the room to be spacious with a comfortable bed, a separate shower, and a great heating system. The hotel also provided amenities like bottled water and fresh towels. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the Forbidden City and the subway system, with access to many central sites in the city. The staff was polite, helpful, and even assisted us in organizing special tours.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with it being just outside a famous tourist attraction. It's surrounded by restaurants and markets, and there's even a beautiful park to enjoy on the 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The staff members were helpful and spoke English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was good and included in the price.
No major issues, everything was great during our stay.

Convenient location near Forbidden City and restaurants, accessible by taxi and walking. Staff tries to help, arranging airport and Great Wall taxi. Limited English, but manageable. Luggage storage available. Decent bed and nearby shops for water. satisfactory stay despite minor inconveniences.
